When you subscribe to a paid membership, request a custom plan, or communicate with a coach, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your goals, training schedule, and other details relevant to your programming. We also retain the content of messages you send to us.

Payment information. Payments for paid memberships are processed by our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. The payment processor handles your card information directly, and we receive only limited information such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.

Email information. When you join our email list, we store your email address with our email provider so we can send you programs and updates.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, certain information may be collected automatically, including your internet protocol address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Services, including accounts and memberships; to process payments and manage your subscription; to deliver the programs, coaching, and support you request; to send you communications you have requested; to respond to your inquiries; to maintain the security of the Services and prevent fraud or misuse; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
